Le knowledge management et l'écononomie spontanée du partage des connaissances

Abstract

L'analyse socio-économique de l'échec d'une démarche de Knowledge Management destinée à capitaliser et à mieux faire circuler les connaissances entre différents centres de recherche en pétrochimie appartenant à une même firme constitue le fil directeur de cet article pour mettre en évidence certaines difficultés liées au fait de rendre publiques les connaissances. Nous serons en mesure de montrer l'importance du rôle de l'opacité et de la sélectivité des échanges comme condition même de l'échange des connaissances au sein de la firme. Le recours à des réseaux sociaux interpersonnels est une manière pour les acteurs de gérer l'incertitude liée aux transferts de connaissance, notamment en matière de responsabilité professionnelle.
