Abstract

Les négociations commerciales sur l'agriculture sous l'égide de l'Organisation mondiale du Commerce sont risquent de se traduire par des modifications substantielles de la PAC sur trois volets, les aides directes, les restitutions à l'exportation et les droits de douane. Si les deux premiers ne semblent pas poser de problèmes insurmontables à l'agriculture européenne, les baisses de droits de douane risquent d'avoir des conséquences importantes sur des secteurs comme l'élevage bovin ou le sucre.
