Abstract

L'impact des instruments politiques sur la production des biens agricoles et des biens environnementaux joints, soit par un facteur non allouable soit par un facteur allouable fixe, est examiné dans un univers incertain. Lever l'hypothèse d'un univers certain est important pour l'analyse des effets des aides "découplées". En univers incertain, si une jointure existe entre les biens agricoles et environnementaux, l'aversion au risque est une condition suffisante pour que les aides "découplées" aient un impact sur la production des biens environnementaux. Une analyse empirique est conduite sur des exploitations d'élevage bovin allaitant du Massif central qui donnent des exemples de complémentarité et de concurrence dans la production de la biodiversité et du boeuf. L'analyse est effectuée à l'aide de modèles de programmation mathématique au niveau de l'exploitation.
