Le lean management, source d’accélération de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial ?

Abstract

D'après le rapport de la fondation Nesta, on comptabilise, en 2013, 213 accélérateurs d'entreprises à travers le monde. Ces accélérateurs mettent en avant une évolution des modèles d'incubation et viennent s'ajouter à l'écosystème de l'accompagnement entrepreneurial déjà pléthorique. Dès lors, cette concurrence accrue permet la structuration de ce champ. D'où l'utilisation du terme «industrie» pour qualifier l'accompagnement entrepreneurial. Cette communication se focalise sur la compréhension des causes à l'origine de l'évolution de cette industrie. En nous appuyant sur une étude qualitative qui regroupe les entretiens semi-directifs de 16 structures d'accompagnement, nous mettons en avant la présence d'une source de capacités dynamiques. Le lean managementguide ces acteurs pour faciliter leur adaptation dans un environnement devenu dynamique. L'originalité de cette contribution réside dans une approche du management des structures d'accompagnement tournée vers l'efficience des ressources et la recherche d'amélioration continue pour une accélération des processus de soutien.
