Abstract

From the case study of "La Ruche", collective workspace hosting social entrepreneurs in Paris (France), we propose an original model of entrepreneurial support based on collective learning. Unlike the traditional approach of entrepreneurial support in which the guide role is about prescription, in this case the figure of the guide disappears in favor of a collective formed by entrepreneurs. Operating conditions of this model are the selection process, articulating a tension between diversity of projects and shared values, the interaction process relying on events, and the role of the physical work environment.
