Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore an individual which contribute to cultural organizations' activities: the volunteer. We take in interest in musical rock festivals' volunteers. They have a specific position ("worker" and spectator). That's why we work with cocreation and consumption experience theories. We conducted an exploratory qualitative study, based on interviews, observations (with photos and videos), and introspection. This study shows volunteer practice reflects various consumptions' experiences and various profiles. We place those on a production-consumption continuum.
