Abstract

This paper proposes a systemic modeling of the stakeholders' concept. Mobilizing the SAGACE model, based on the systems theory, we demonstrate that a systemic global approach integrating the company and all its stakeholders would participate in a better understanding of the functioning of this system, of its constituent bodies and of its decision-making and evolution process. It also helps to answer some questionings and to temper some criticisms mainly with regard to the identification of stakeholders and the static nature of the stakeholders approach.
