This report provides information on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), covering 29 countries. GEM examines nine topics to highlight the entrepreneurial climate, the so-called entrepreneurial framework conditions. In the framework of GEM, an extensive systematic comparative survey of entrepreneurial dynamics and institutional prerequisites was effected. The study analyses two of the entrepreneurial framework conditions: attitudes and outlook in respect of entrepreneurship and focus on education/training).
