Impulsar la innovación en spin-offs a través del control estratégico

Abstract

En América Latina los ejemplos de spin-off son cada vez más numerosos. La comprensión de las razones que mueven a distintos tipos de organizaciones ha recibido bastante atención en la literatura y existen tipologías consolidadas de spin-off. Pero aún no se han encontrado avances sólidos en la forma en que deben diseñarse los sistemas de control estratégico para impulsar el mejor desempeño del spin-off. A partir de un modelo integral de diseño de sistemas de control de gestión de actividades externalizadas, se propone un modelo específico. Se recomiendan mecanismos concretos a partir de las variables contingentes relevantes.
