Abstract

Die europäische Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) strebt das Erreichen guter Gewässerzustände an und verfolgt dabei einen Ansatz der integrierten Flussgebietsbewirtschaftung. Der Beitrag befasst sich mit den Problemen der Flussgebietsbewirtschaftung unter dem Aspekt der räumlichen und der sachlich-integrativen Koordinierung. Analysiert wird der Rechtsrahmen für die Koordinierung im Bundes- und Landesrecht sowie die Rolle der Raumordnungsplanung für die Flussgebietsbewirtschaftung am Beispiel der Koordinierungspraxis in Sachsen.
