Abstract

Este trabajo tiene el propósito de analizar las actividades de innovación y conocimiento desarrolladas por los recursos humanos a lo largo de la cadena de valor de la exportación de aguacate a los Estados Unidos, los agentes de esta cadena están ubicados en Uruapan, Michoacán, dichas actividades pueden ser fuentes de ventaja competitiva sostenida. Esta medición se realiza de la relación de la variable dependiente, variables independientes, dimensiones e indicadores, por lo tanto, al llevar la medición hasta este plano de análisis permite conocer o mostrar el origen de los resultados obtenidos, en éste caso, las ventajas competitivas. Michael Porter menciona, que no es posible ver la ventaja competitiva de manera general, es necesario analizar las actividades para conocer de donde podrían surgir ventajas competitivas.
