Die interne Crowd: Mitarbeiter/innen im Spannungsfeld neuer Arbeitsformen

Abstract

Unternehmen setzen zunehmend interne Crowd Work als ein agiles und innovatives Prinzip zur Arbeitsorganisation ein. Orchestriert durch eine spezielle IT-Plattform agiert die Belegschaft hierbei als ein Pool interner Crowd-Worker/innen, auf die im Leistungserstellungsprozess flexibel zugegriffen wird. Die Studie zeigt, welcher Aufwand nötig ist, damit interne Crowd Work erfolgreich umgesetzt werden kann. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Perspektive der Beschäftigten: Wie nehmen sie interne Crowd Work wahr? Wie muss diese gestaltet sein, damit sie auch für die Beschäftigten attraktiv ist?
