Qualifizierung und Teilqualifizierung in Transfergesellschaften

Abstract

Mit der Einführung des §111a SGB III im Sommer 2016 wurden die Förderbedingungen für Qualifizierungen während des Bezugs von Transferkurzarbeitergeld entschieden verbessert und die Möglichkeiten zu abschlussbezogenen Maßnahmen im Beschäftigtentransfer gestärkt. In diesem Kontext erscheinen Teilqualifikationen als ein vielversprechendes Konzept für die Qualifizierungspraxis. Die Studie untersucht Ansatzpunkte, Grenzen und geeignete Zielgruppen von Ausbildungsmodulen im Rahmen von Transfergesellschaften.
