Über die Wechselbeziehung von Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen

Abstract

In der empirischen Literatur ist unklar, ob sich verschiedene institutionelle Faktoren gegenseitig beeinflussen und diese Wechselwirkungen sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ relevant für die Entwicklung des Arbeitsmarkts sind. Der Beitrag geht dieser Frage mittels einer empirischen Mehr-Länder-Studie nach und kommt zu dem Ergebnis, das interagierende Institutionen von erheblicher Bedeutung für die Wirkung von institutionellen Reformen sein können.
