Management von vertikalen Innovationsnetzwerken in der Investitionsgüterindustrie - Ergebnisse einer empirischen Untersuchung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Literatur liefert zahlreiche Beiträge zur Relevanz von Netzwerken für den Unternehmenserfolg. Im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrags steht ein Modell zur Erklärung der Determinanten des Erfolges von Innovationsnetzwerken. Die postulierten Hypothesen über die Wirkungszusammenhänge zwischen den Modellvariablen sollen im Rahmen einer empirischen Studie überprüft werden. Die Ergebnisse der kausalanalytischen Studie vermitteln dem Theoretiker eine Vorstellung über die Wirkung der einzelnen Modellvariablen für den Erfolg von Innovationsnetzwerken und liefern wertvolle Anhaltspunkte für weitere Forschung. Für den Praktiker ist von Interesse, dass in einem vertikalen Innovationsnetzwerk vor allem die Kooperationskultur und das gegenseitige Vertrauen den Nährboden für eine erfolgversprechende Zusammenarbeit bietet.
