Abstract

The rise of competitiveness at the economic level due to the acceleration of decisions-taking process as a result of situations occurring within a company led to the creation of information systems that enhance the managers' knowledge of the environment where the organization operates. The abundance of information solutions help the decision makers within a company steer better in the business they belong to. Due to the fact that the information processed by means of information systems comes from the majority of departments in a company, the management can thus identify the source of problems and take measures to correct the errors encountered.
