Exporter : une question de taille

Abstract

[eng] Exporting: a Matter of Size - In industry, many firms export, but only for small amounts. In trade or marketable services, on the contrary, exporters are few and far between, but for large amounts: the fact of exporting does not imply a high performance as an exporter. . Thus, large-sized firms which have a sufficient financial basis at their disposal are often exporters, but they do not necessarily export a large share of their turnover. The firms which export the most also have a very skilled staff and high productivity.
