Abstract

A barnamezők, rozsdaövek problémája összetett, többirányú megközelítést és fejlesztési stratégiát igényel. Tanulmányomban bemutatom, hogy hazánkban a barnamezők revitalizációs koncepciója – ellentétben az ipari depressziós területek lehatárolására felállított indikátor rendszerrel és a nemzetközi revitalizációs példákkal – nem új munkahelyek teremtésére, új kereskedelmi terek kialakítására, vagy új lakóházak építésére koncentrál. A hipotézis alátámasztására társadalmi költség-haszon elemzést végeztem.
