Az üzleti inkubáció szerepe a vállalkozásfejlesztésben
[The role of business incubation in company development]

Abstract

Az üzleti inkubáció eszköztára elsősorban a technológiaorientált kisvállalkozás-fejlesztés elemeit foglalja magában. Újfajta értelmezése a piacfejlesztő vállalkozásfejlesztés és az innovációpolitika összekapcsolása, ami sürgető feladat Magyarországon, hiszen ez a gazdaságpolitikai eszköz az Európai Unió vállalkozáspolitikájában is egyre erőteljesebb szerephez jut. Jelen cikk első része a nemzetközi szakirodalom eredményeit foglalja össze, majd az inkubátorszolgáltatásokat és a helyi vállalkozási környezetet új szempontok szerint rendszerezi. A szolgáltatásokat értékhozzáadó képességük és a piaci elégtelenségek kezelése szempontjából - a helyi vállalkozási környezetet az inkubáció sikerességének a szem előtt tartásával - vizsgálja. Végül megkíséreli az üzleti inkubációt a vállalkozásfejlesztés két alapvető paradigmájába (piachelyettesítő és piacfejlesztő) beilleszteni, és következtetéseket levonni gazdaságpolitikai alkalmazásukkal kapcsolatban.
