A hitelkockázat és a feltételes követelés modellje
[The model of credit risk and conditional claims]

Abstract

A hitelintézetek, bankok által viselt kockázatok közül legjelentősebbnek a hitelkockázat tekinthető. E kockázatnak tükröződnie kell a hitel értékében, és gondoskodni kell megfelelő kezeléséről. A hitelkockázat értékelésére tett eddigi próbálkozásokat nemzetközi szinten is megakadályozta az illikvid hitelpiac és az adathiány. Az elméleti szakemberek, a legjelentősebb bankok és tanácsadócégek a piaci kockázatok kezelésében használt módszerek adaptálására törekedtek: így a Markowitz-féle portfólióelmélet és a VaR- (Value-at-Risk) módszer alkalmazásával próbálták meg mérsékelni és kezelni a hitelkockázatot. E módszerek, modellek rövid áttekintése után a tanulmány részletesebben a KMV tanácsadó cég opciós elvű megközelítését ismerteti, és bemutatja annak ügyfél-, majd ügyletminősítésre alkalmas eljárásait. Elsősorban azért, mert ez magyarországi környezetben (amely illikvid kötvénypiaccal és likvidnek tekinthető részvénypiaccal jellemezhető) a tőzsdére bevezetett cégek számára könnyen alkalmazható, másrészt hasznos lehet a vállalatok értékelésében is - ezt a tanulmány a Mol Rt. példáján illusztrálja.
