A vállalkozói döntéshozatali logikák kognitív megközelítése
[Entrepreneurial effectuation through the lens of cognitive processes]

Abstract

A vállalkozói viselkedés mögött két különböző és nagy érdeklődéstől övezett döntési logika áll: a kauzáció (causation) és az effektuáció (effectuation). A kauzáció a neoklasszikus értelemben vett racionális vállalkozói döntéshozatali logikán alapul, azaz az előre meghatározott célokhoz illesztik a döntéseket. Az effektuáció a bizonytalanságot hordozó és dinamikus környezetben is jól alkalmazható, egyszerű szabályokon és limitált információfeldolgozáson, azaz heurisztikákon alapuló vállalkozói döntési logika vagy viselkedés, amely a neoklasszikus racionalitás cél-eszköz viszonyát megfordítva a meglévő eszközöket új célok és törekvések érdekében hasznosítja. Korlátozott ismereteink vannak azonban arra vonatkozóan, hogy egyes vállalkozók miért bíznak nagyobb valószínűséggel az egyik döntési logikában, mint a másikban, vagy éppen ellenkezőleg, miért használják mindkét logikát integrált módon. Ezenkívül a döntési logikák hatékonysághoz fűződő viszonya sem nyert eddig egységes elméleti és empirikus alátámasztást. Jelen cikk azáltal kíván hozzájárulni ezekhez a kutatási kérdésekhez, hogy a két vállalkozói döntési logikát mind elméleti vizsgálódás, mind pedig empirikus elemzések útján általános döntéselméleti megközelítésekhez köti.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L26, D91, D81.
