Dal mercato del lavoro al mercato della conoscenza. Proposte operative

Abstract

Per avvicinare gli studenti al mondo del lavoro l?universit? ha sviluppato nel tempo approcci e strategie diversi: progetti sul campo, testimonianze aziendali, incarichi a professionisti esterni per insegnamenti specialistici o di frontiera, stage, uffici di placement, formazione extra-curriculare, eventi di presentazione delle aziende. L?attuale riforma dell?alto apprendistato facilita ulteriormente tale relazione, semplificando l?incontro tra studenti in alta formazione o ricerca e datori di lavoro. Il sentore ? che questi interventi possano comunque non bastare, poich? non affrontano le questioni di fondo che condizionano le relazioni tra il mondo dell?universit? e quello del lavoro. Le considerazioni qui presentate problematizzano la situazione da un punto di vista differente. Universit? e azienda sono concepiti come due interlocutori fondamentali dell?offerta e della domanda di conoscenza. Nel mercato della conoscenza bisogna affrontare le questioni epistemologiche, pedagogiche e politiche che influenzano i processi di produzione e diffusione di conoscenza dal lato dell?offerta, e dal lato della domanda occorre intervenire sulle problematiche pi? diffuse che impediscono una reale formazione integrale per lo sviluppo personale e professionale del lavoratore, formazione quanto mai necessaria per affrontare la complessit?, l?instabilit? e l?incertezza del mercato del lavoro contemporaneo. La proposta di riflessione vuole interessarsi sia delle dinamiche interne all?offerta di conoscenza e alla domanda di competenza, sia sui vari meccanismi di interazione che potrebbero facilitare questa transazione cognitiva. Permane, lungo tutto il ragionamento, la forte attenzione al valore dei metodi cooperativi nell?apprendimento universitario, organizzativo e tra i diffe renti operatori della conoscenza, per la creazione di quella saggezza pratica, la phronesis aristotelica, che vuole superare la tradizionale divisione tra teoria e pratica nel mondo della conoscenza. Le considerazioni nascono nell?ambito delle scienze manageriali, ma taluni ragionamenti, mutatis mutandis, possono essere applicati anche ad altri ambiti scientificodisciplinari
