L?azione sindacale nell?organizzazione flessibile e digitale del lavoro

Abstract

I processi di flessibilizzazione e quelli di digitalizzazione sono indissolubilmente legati e nella loro articolazione definiscono le forme contemporanee di organizzazione del lavoro. La digitalizzazione - che ha avuto una accelerazione nella sua pervasivit? nella vita economica e sociale a partire dagli anni Novanta del secolo scorso - ha favorito un aumento della flessibilit? ad ogni livello organizzativo, sia nelle le relazioni interne e esterne all?impresa sia nelle condizioni di lavoro e di retribuzione con degli impatti paradigmatici per l?azione sindacale, considerando le modalit? organizzative e i contenuti della contrattazione. L?individualizzazione del lavoro, la crescente flessibilit? e la diversificazione dei processi produttivi impongono all?azione sindacale di operare attraverso un?organizzazione sempre pi? flessibile, reticolare, modulare, adattiva. Allo stesso tempo, il sindacato si trova davanti la sfida di affermare la soggettivit? del lavoratore cercando di coniugare la ricerca di tutele di ordine generale con la considerazione e valorizzazione delle specificit? personali, attraverso nuove pratiche di partecipazione, contrattazione, mobilitazione.
