Abstract

Produktbegleitende Dienstleistungen werden von den Unternehmen des verarbeitenden Gewerbes in Deutschland immer stärker als strategischer Faktor im Wettbewerb genutzt. Dabei ist die Tendenz zu integrierten Kundenlösungen unverkennbar. Die sich verlangsamende Auslagerung und der hohe Grad der Selbsterstellung produktbegleitender Dienstleistungen zeigen, dass sie von den Unternehmen überwiegend als Kernkompetenzen angesehen werden.
