Abstract

Holger Mühlenkamp of the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer comments on a contribution by Gernot Sieg and Berthold U. Wigger from the ifo Schnelldienst 22/2018 on the topic “Providing transportation infrastructure in PPP in the future, too.” In his commentary, Holger Mühlenkamp presents the arguments as to why he sees rather few possibilities for economic public-private partnerships.
