Die Situation von Industriebeschäftigten während der Corona-Pandemie: Ergebnisse der Beschäftigtenbefragung 2020 der IG Metall

Abstract

[Einleitung ...] Die nun vorliegenden Ergebnisse der IG Metall-Beschäftigtenbefragung 2020 spiegeln ein Konglomerat aus der schon vor der Pandemie bestehenden Ausgangslage der Beschäftigten, ihren Erfahrungen während der Pandemie, der Zeit nach dem ersten Lockdown und ihren Erwartungen hinsichtlich zukünftiger Entwicklungen. Eine saubere Trennung dieser Aspekte ist nahezu unmöglich, auch wenn die Bereiche "Pandemie" und "wirtschaftliche Transformation" separat erhoben wurden und nachfolgend geschildert werden. Eine isolierte Darstellung von Pandemie und wirtschaftlichen Umbrüchen war auch nicht Ziel der Befragung. Vielmehr ging es um eine Annäherung an die Lebenswelten von Menschen und ihren Bedarfen in einem der wichtigsten Wirtschaftsbereiche unseres Landes.
