Projektbericht "Entscheidungsträger in Deutschland: Werte und Einstellungen"

Abstract

Der Bericht beschreibt Erkenntnisinteresse, Anlage und Erstellung der Studie 'Entscheidungsträger in Deutschland: Werte und Einstellungen'. Im Mittelpunkt der Befragung stehen die gesellschaftspolitischen Einstellungen und Handlungsmaximen sowie die Karrieremotive und Lebensverläufe der Spitzen in Politik und öffentlicher Verwaltung, Justiz und Militär, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft. Nach dem Positionsansatz wurde eine Bruttostichprobe von 956 Entscheidungsträgern ermittelt, von denen zwischen Oktober 2011 und Oktober 2012 in persönlich-mündlichen Interviews 354 Personen befragt wurden. Das letzte Kapitel des Berichts gibt einen Überblick über standarddemografische Merkmale der höchsten Führungspersonen Deutschlands.
