Was sind Netzprodukte? Eigenschaften, Definition und Systematisierung von Netzprodukten

Abstract

Mit dem vorliegenden Paper wird eine Definition des Begriffes „Netzprodukt“ erarbeitet und damit der zunehmenden Bedeutung dieser Produktgattung in Theorie und Praxis Rechnung getragen. Die Herleitung der Definition wird auf drei Wegen beschritten: erstens werden explizite Definitionen aufgeführt, zweitens wird durch eine induktive Ableitung aus dem Wortstamm Netz der Begriff konkretisiert, und drittens werden die aus der bisherigen Forschung vorhandenen impliziten Definitionen anhand der Eigenschaften von Netzprodukten aufgezeigt. Daraus wird schließlich eine eigenständige explizite Definition formuliert. Sie bildet die Basis für eine Systematisierung der unterschiedlichen Netzproduktarten und für die Trennung zweier theoretischer Strömungen in der Literatur der Netzprodukte.
