Abstract

Bei der Betrachtung des Angebots von Marktübersichten und Softwareauswahlplattformen im Internet drängt sich die Frage auf, was die einzelnen Plattformen können und wie sie den Anwender unterstützen. Ein Vergleich verschiedener Plattformen ist daher Gegenstand dieser Arbeit. Dabei beschäftigt sich das zweite Kapitel mit den Grundlagen und Begrifflichkeiten des ERP- und WWS-Markts und der strukturierten Systemauswahl. Den Kern des Arbeitsberichts bildet das dritte Kapitel. Zum einen werden verschiedene Vorgehensmodelle der Softwareauswahl kurz vorgestellt, des Weiteren wird das Vorgehen bei der Recherche erläutert und zuletzt werden die eigentlichen Vergleiche der Softwareauswahlplattformen und der Marktübersichten behandelt. Kapitel vier enthält eine kurze Zusammenfassung, das Fazit und einen Ausblick.
