Wege in den Ruhestand: Angebot und Nutzung von Altersteilzeit und weiteren Instrumenten des Altersübergangs

Abstract

Viele Arbeitnehmer*innen wechseln direkt aus regulärer Beschäftigung in die Altersrente. Einige ältere Beschäftigte werden jedoch arbeitslos oder ziehen sich aus gesundheitlichen oder anderen Gründen aus dem Erwerbsleben zurück. Manche können betriebliche Regelungen nutzen, die den Übergang in den Ruhestand strukturieren und erleichtern sollen. Der Report analysiert auf Grundlage der WSI-Betriebs- und Personalrätebefragung 2023 das Angebot und die Inanspruchnahme betrieblicher Instrumente des Altersübergangs. Er stellt außerdem dar, in welchem Umfang unterschiedliche Wege in den Ruhestand von älteren Beschäftigten genutzt werden.
