Abstract

Die Arbeitswelt hat sich aufgrund fortschreitender Flexibilisierung und Digitalisierung für viele Beschäftigtengruppen erheblich gewandelt (Eichhorst et al. 2016). Nicht nur hohe Markt- und Kundenorientierung, auch veränderte Arbeits- und Organisationsformen haben zur Folge, dass die Arbeitswelt stärker effizienz- und kostengetrieben ist (Appelbaum 2013; Aroles et al. 2019). Dies gilt besonders für den Dienstleistungsbereich, der seit Jahren stetig an Bedeutung gewinnt und häufig durch interaktive Arbeit (Dunkel/Weihrich 2012) oder auch agile Arbeit gekennzeichnet ist (Boes et al. 2016). Agile Arbeit erfolgt nach den Prinzipien Selbstorganisation, Kundennähe, Kreativität, Flexibilität, Transparenz und kurzzyklische Arbeitsintervalle. [...]
