Organisations- und Finanzierungsmodelle für eine ambulante psychotherapeutische Weiterbildung nach einem Approbationsstudium

Abstract

[Einleitung] Nach mehrjähriger professionsinterner und -externer Diskussion um den Stand der psychotherapeutischen Ausbildung hat das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit eine Reform angekündigt und in 2016 Eckpunkte festgelegt für die angestrebte Form als Approbationsstudium mit anschließender Weiterbildung (BMG 2016). Dem voran ging auch eine Richtungsempfehlung des 25. Deutschen Psychotherapeutentags im November 2014 zur Reform der Psychotherapeutenausbildung zugunsten eines Approbationsstudiums auf Masterniveau mit anschließender Weiterbildung im ambulanten, teilstationären, stationären und komplementären Bereich (BPtK 2014). Festlegungen zur Organisation und Finanzierung der ambulanten Weiterbildung fehlen jedoch bisher. Aus diesem Grunde hat die Bundespsychotherapeutenkammer dieses Gutachten beauftragt, das grundlegende Organisations- und Finanzierungsmodelle für eine ambulante Weiterbildung zum Psychologischen Psychotherapeuten und zum Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeuten diskutiert.
