Entwurf einer Mentoring-Konzeption für den Studiengang M.Sc. Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universität Duisburg-Essen

Abstract

Dieser Bericht stellt die Mentoring-Konzeption für den Studiengang M. Sc. Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universität Duisburg-Essen vor. Im Zentrum der Konzeption steht ein strukturierter Mentoringprozess, der durch ein begleitendes computergestütztes Mentoring-Informationssystem (MIS) realisiert und unterstützt wird. Die Konzeption fokussiert auf die nachhaltige Intensivierung der Mentee-Mentor-Beziehung und stellt die individualisierte und personalisierte Beratung des Mentee in den Mittelpunkt. Sie bedient sich dazu des Leitbilds und der Beratungsphilosophie des Coachings. Das MIS richtet sich an diesem Beratungsansatz aus und ist auf die Entlastung von Mentee und Mentor von administrativen Tätigkeiten gerichtet und dediziert nicht auf die Verlagerung der Beratung von Mentor auf Maschine. Die Autoren sind in der Zulassungskommission für den Studiengang M. Sc. Wirtschaftsinformatik, als Studiengangsverantwortlicher und als Fachberater für den Studiengang M. Sc.Wirtschaftsinformatik und als Mentoren in den Studiengängen B. Sc. und M. Sc.Wirtschaftsinformatik tätig.
