Verfahren zur Beschränkung von Schwerpunktmodulen am Institut für Wirtschaft und Verkehr

Abstract

Im Bachelor-Studiengang Verkehrswirtschaft der TU Dresden sind die Teilnehmerzahlen für Schwerpunktmodule beschränkt. Da die Vergabe der Schwerpunktmodulplätze nicht nach dem Windhundprinzip erfolgen soll, wurde dafür ein Verfahren entwickelt. Dieses Verfahren beinhaltet zwei leistungsorientierte Vergaberunden und eine auf einem Zufallskriterium basierende Vergaberunde. Auf diese Weise werden bei der Vergabe der Schwerpunktmodule einerseits gute Leistungen im bisherigen Studium honoriert und andererseits auch bisher weniger erfolgreichen Studierenden Chancen auf bevorzugte Schwerpunktmodulplätze eingeräumt. Neben der Erklärung des Verfahrens beinhaltet die Arbeit auch eine Simulationsstudie und erste praktische Ergebnisse, die aus der Anwendung des Verfahrens an der TU Dresden resultieren.
