Einsatz mobiler Messtechnik zur Bestimmung der Effizienz des Antriebsstrangs von Hybridfahrzeugen im Fahrversuch und am Rollenprüfstand

Abstract

Zur Sicherstellung der Vergleichbarkeit des Emissions- und Verbrauchsverhaltens von Kraftfahrzeugen ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass die Randbedingungen während des Tests in engen Grenzen einheitlichen Vorgaben folgen. Der Gesetzgeber sieht hierfür genormte Geschwindigkeits-Zeit- Profile vor, die auf klimatisierten Rollenprüfständen nachgefahren werden. Indem die "Straße ins Labor" verlagert wird, gelingt es weitgehend, Fahrer- und Umwelteinflüsse zu eliminieren. Um hybridspezifische Einzelmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz von teilelektrifizierten Pkw-Antriebssträngen gezielt bewerten zu können, werden über den mittleren Kraftstoffverbrauch hinaus die Momentanwerte für die einzelnen Leistungspfade benötigt. Am Beispiel der Verbrauchsmessung an einer Vollhybridlimousine mit E-CVT-Getriebe sollen verschiedene Betriebszustände anhand der Resultate aus dem Einsatz mobiler Verbrauchsmesstechniken diskutiert werden.
