Controllingansatz für S-BPM

Abstract

Um das subjektorientierte Geschäftsprozessmanagement (S-BPM) zukunftssicher umzusetzen sind für das Prozesscontrolling Kennzahlen zu etablieren, die ITgestützt gemessen, aufbereitet und analysiert werden. Der vorliegende Artikel zeigt zunächst Grundgedanke und Methodik von S-BPM mit Hilfe eines Fallbeispiels auf. Im Anschluss hieran erfolgt die Konzeption eines schrittweise weiter zu entwickelnden, multidimensionalen Ansatzes für das laufende operative Prozesscontrolling. Dabei werden gebräuchliche Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Zeitkennzahlen und ihre Bedeutung vorgestellt. Für die Kostenkennzahlen werden das Fallbeispiel aufgegriffen und exemplarisch die Ermittlung in S-BPM dargestellt.
