Prinzipien des Innovations- und Technologiemanagements

Abstract

In diesem Working-Paper werden die Grundlagen des Innovations- und Technologiemanagements unter Berücksichtigung von Effektivitäts- und Effizienzgesichtspunkten systematisch dargestellt. Grundlegende Begrifflichkeiten des Innovations- und Technologiemanagements werden strukturiert erläutert. Gleichfalls erfolgt eine Einordnung des Zusammenhangs von Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement. Darüber hinaus werden die Möglichkeiten der Kundenintegration im Innovationsmanagement dargestellt, um den Innovationserfolg abzusichern. Innovationsmanagement, Technologiemanagement und die Kundenintegration werden durch ihre Zielsetzungen und Inhalte klassifiziert und anhand der jeweiligen Managementaufgaben dargestellt.
