Falschgeld, Drogen, Menschenrechte: Sechs Parteien in der Sackgasse? Nach der Ausweitung der amerikanischen Nordkorea-Agenda

Abstract

Die Entscheidung der Bush-Administration, kriminelle Aktivitäten und Menschenrechtsverletzungen Pyöngyangs zu thematisieren, könnte die Sechsparteiengespräche, die mit dem Ziel einer Lösung des nordkoreanischen Atomproblems geführt werden, in eine Krise stürzen. Wenn die USA sich nicht auf die Forderung beider Koreas einlassen, diese Themen bilateral und separat von den Nuklearverhandlungen mit dem Kim Chung-il-Regime anzusprechen, geben sie damit möglicherweise zu erkennen, daß sie kein Interesse mehr an einer nuklearen Abrüstung Nordkoreas auf Grundlage der Gegenseitigkeit haben.
