Abstract

Die Formel »Blut für Öl« ist ein weit verbreitetes Stereotyp für die Irak-Politik der USA. Neuerdings wird mit dem Schlagwort »Schweigen für Gas« das deutsche Verhältnis zu Rußland gekennzeichnet. Zu Recht? Muß die Bundesrepublik auf Rußland politische Rücksichten nehmen, um einen russischen Lieferboykott zu vermeiden? Wie wichtig sind Rußlands Erdöl und Erdgas für die deutsche und europäische Energieversorgung in Gegenwart und Zukunft? (SWP-aktuell / SWP)
