Abstract

Am 17. Mai 2006 hat das Europäische Parlament den Finanzrahmen 2007-2013 verabschiedet. In diesem Zeitraum will die EU 49,463 Milliarden Euro für ihre Außenpolitik ausgeben, was einer Steigerung von 29 Prozent im Vergleich zur letzten finanziellen Vorausschau entspricht. Die Finanzierung der EU-Außenpolitik wirft dennoch einige Probleme auf, die sich durch die Einführung eines neuen GASP-Fonds zumindest teilweise ausräumen ließen. (SWP-aktuell / SWP)
