Abstract

Die Europäische Union (EU) bemüht sich zusehends darum, neue Partnerschaften zu etablieren und bestehende zu intensivieren, vor allem mit Ländern des Globalen Südens. Ziel der EU ist es dabei, die eigene strategische Autonomie zu stärken. Dazu gehört auch, eine resiliente Versorgung mit Rohstoffen sicherzustellen, die für die digitale und grüne Wirtschaftswende (twin transition) benötigt werden.
