Abstract

In seiner 50. Studie präsentiert der Kronberger Kreis, der wissenschaftliche Beirat der Stiftung Marktwirtschaft, ein Konzept zur Förderung der produktiven Arbeit von gering qualifizierten Arbeitslosen. Die Schriftenreihe erscheint mit dieser Ausgabe in einem neuen Design. In dem vorgestellten Entwurf sollen die Entgelte vollständig auf dem Markt im Wettbewerb ermittelt werden. Die Beschäftigten erhalten ergänzend eine Aufwandsentschädigung. Kurzum sollten sich die Chancen der Teilnehmer auf dem Arbeitsmarkt sowie deren Zufriedenheit insgesamt verbessern, zugleich werden die öffentlichen Haushalte bzw. die Allgemeinheit entlastet.
