Mindestlöhne und das Entsendegesetz

Abstract

Deutschland braucht keinen gesetzlichen Mindestlohn. Stattdessen verlangen die vom aktuellen konjunkturellen Aufschwung überlagerte strukturelle Wachstumsschwäche und die damit verbundene verfestigte Arbeitslosigkeit, dass die mit den Hartz-Reformen begonnene zarte Flexibilisierung des Arbeitsmarkts weiter fortgesetzt wird. Protektionistische Maßnahmen wie die Ausweitung des Entsendegesetzes oder die Einführung eines gesetzlichen Mindestlohns mögen zwar die Gunst der Wähler sichern, jedoch auf Kosten der niedrig qualifizierten Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitslosen.
