Minijobs in NRW: Datenbeschreibung der Arbeitnehmer- und Arbeitgeberbefragung

Abstract

Geringfügige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse, sogenannte Minijobs, sind inzwischen ein nicht unerheblicher Teil abhängiger Beschäftigung in Deutschland. Das RWI hat im Jahr 2012 sowohl eine Befragung von geringfügig beschäftigten Arbeitnehmern als auch Arbeitgebern mit Minijobs in Nordrhein-Westfalen durchgeführt. Die Befragungen lassen unter anderem Rückschlüsse auf die Zusammensetzung der Beschäftigten, die Beweggründe auf Arbeitnehmer- und Arbeitgeberseite und die Wahrnehmung von Rechten wie Lohnfortzahlung und Mutterschutz zu.
