Abstract

Mit seinen Veröffentlichungen in den Medien, seinen RWI : Positionen und der Mitwirkung an der vom Bundesministerium der Wirtschaft und Technologie in Auftrag gegebenen Gemeinschaftsdiagnose hat das Institut nach Kräften dazu beizutragen versucht, auch außerhalb der engen Fachwelt Licht in das komplexe Dickicht der aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Lage zu bringen. Um diese Beiträge in komprimierter Form zugänglich zu machen, enthält das vorliegende Heft ausgewählte Publikationen, die im Oktober/November 2008 im Zusammenhang mit der Finanzmarktkrise entstanden sind und in unterschiedlichen Medien veröffentlicht wurden.
