Gesundheitsagenda 2030: Ohne Reformen drohen Sozialabgaben von 50% und mehr. Steigende GKV-Beiträge und demografischer Wandel erfordern tiefgreifende Strukturreformen

Abstract

Die Sozialabgaben in Deutschland haben mit 42 % die einst als unüberschreitbar geltende "Haltelinie" von 40 % bereits deutlich überschritten. Besonders dramatisch entwickeln sich die Zusatzbeiträge der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (GKV): von 1,7 % im Jahr 2024 auf aktuell 2,9 % im zweiten Quartal 2025. Ohne entschlossene Reformen könnte die Sozialabgabenquote bis 2035 auf über 50 % steigen. Dies würde den Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland nachhaltig schwächen, den Arbeitskräftemangel verschärfen und den Wohlstand des Landes verringern. Unsere Gesundheitsagenda zeigt zentrale Reformansätze auf, welche die Ausgabendynamik bremsen können - von effektiver Patientensteuerung bis hin zur digitalen Transformation.
