Abstract

Die Europäische Union besteht heute aus 27 Mitgliedstaaten. Ihr Recht, das im Wesentlichen auf Verträgen zwischen diesen Mitgliedstaaten und den von ihr verabschiedeten Rechtsakten beruht, beeinflusst in Deutschland zur Zeit etwa 90% aller Normen des Wirtschaftsrechts. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser großen Bedeutung, gerade auch für ein EU-weites Aktivwerden deutscher Unternehmen, gibt dieser Arbeitsbericht einen einführenden Überblick über die Grundlagen des Rechts der Europäischen Union.
