Abstract

Der Wirtschaftsaufschwung in zahlreichen Ländern des globalen Südens stellt die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (EZA) vor neue Anpassungserfordernisse. Einst ökonomisch schwach entwickelte "Empfängerländer" haben sich zu dynamischen Wachstumsmärkten und globalen Playern transformiert. Es gibt gute Argumente für einen Rückzug der traditionellen EZA aus aufstrebenden Entwicklungsländern - wenn er von einer kohärenten Politik der Beziehung zu den neuen Partnerländern begleitet wird.
