Abstract

Offensichtliche Defizite bei der Bewältigung der Corona-Pandemie legen nahe, das Management solcher Ausnahmesituationen grundlegend zu verbessern. Aus einer systemtheoretischen Sicht rückt dazu eine Organisationsform in den Fo-kus, die sich vor allem auf Personen stützt. Solche Formen der Organisation finden sich auf der gesellschaftlichen Ebene nur in Teilbereichen und sind auf der betrieb-lichen Ebene bestenfalls fragmentarisch auszumachen. Der vorliegende Beitrag ar-beitet solche Ansätze auf und entwickelt sie weiter zu einem Konzept, nach dem sich spezifische Systeme für ein Management von Ausnahmesituationen gestalten lassen.
