Abstract

Dieser Diskussionsbeitrag skizziert die Hindernisse, die einem Frieden in der Ukraine gegenwärtig im Weg stehen. Darauf aufbauend erläutert er, dass realistischerweise nur von westeuropäischen Akteuren erwartet werden kann, die Friedens-Initiative zu ergreifen, und dass hierbei Deutschland eine besondere Verantwortung zukommt.
